Open ChatGPT → Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced, and turn on Developer mode.
Back in Apps & Connectors, click Create. Name it karrot and paste the link above. Leave sign-in as OAuth.
A karrot window opens — sign in and click Approve. You only do this once.
Start a NEW chat, click + → karrot (or say "use karrot"), then ask away.

Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan (Plus, Pro, Team).

Try asking

"What have I finished in karrot so far?"
"What are my top 5 next actions?"
"How far along am I in each area?"
"Mark "ideal customer" as done."

AI searching the web instead?

Start a new chat and say "use karrot". Chats opened before you connected can't see your checklist.
